Dr. Leahcim Semaj, founder of the Job Bank (1994) is a Change Agent who is committed to constructive engagement with individuals and companies across all major sectors of Jamaica and the Caribbean; providing Thought Leadership, Inspiration and Solutions. Dr. Semaj has taught at the University of the West Indies, Mona; as well as Cornell and Rutgers Universities, and has been a newspaper columnist, television and radio show host. This CHANGE AGENT has also worked with the Guidance &Counselling Unit of the Ministry of Education & Youth to provide Behaviour& Attitude Adjustment programmes for at-risk young school boys.
