Dr. Leahcim Semaj began his media career at Radio Jamaica in 1989 where he revolutionized night radio and established new level for audience size. With his show “The Night Doctor” he engineered the successful People’s Initiative to Save the Jamaican Dollar in 1992 and then went on to designing the Cambio system in collaboration with Max Lambie in 1994.

He is now back on RJR94 on Thursday nights from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm with Mind’ Yu’ Self where he facilitates

Dr. Semaj is a Change Agent who has been committed to constructive engagement with individuals and companies across all major sectors around the Caribbean for the past 20 years. He has facilitated Strategic Planning Retreats, Cultural Alignment and Organizational Restructuring.
