St Thomas wanted man in police custody

Another St Thomas man who on Tuesday appeared on the police wanted list, is now in police custody.
He is Gavin Hugh Palmer, a teacher of a Retreat address in the parish.
Palmer turned himself in to the Morant Bay police on Friday in the company of his attorney Bertram Anderson.
He was wanted by the St. Thomas police for rape and assault charges and had been on the run for two years.
He is scheduled to be interviewed on Saturday.On Wednesday, Andre Johnson, also known as Shacka Blacks, who was also on the list, turned himself in to the Police.
He was wanted for shooting with intent and illegal possession of firearm.
